In my opinion, that man had very clear objectives, and thanks to the networking task he had done, he achieved most of his goals and he’s still working to achieve new ones. He has decided to have a successful and ambitious career, with impact on his life.
That’s why we have to think about our goals and priorities, and determine the professional status we want in the coming years. If you finally decide to grow and not stagnate, we must follow the philosophy of that manager and use the new technologies to build a network as wide as possible and, above all, keep it alive and awake.
