Hope & Investments

Dude,

it's been quite a long time since my last reflection.
Over last months I had time to think, time to understand and time to improve myself.

One of those things one should never lose is not the job, but the hope. Is not the reputation, but the courage. Hope for getting a job. Courage to keep seeking.

Dude, as you may know, in life there is nothing for free. Once a friend of mine told me that in order to achieve a good position (applicable also to any other thing you wish) one should be able to prove his achievements against others. In other words, without achievement no guarantee.
It obviously leads to the fact that one must non-stop get results. No matter what, no matter how. You will be without doubt judged for the things you get. Do not mean to grow professionaly without achievements. And what's more, do not forget to detect them and to sell them.

Man, during some months making no profit, but rather getting by thanks to my unemployment insurance, I had 2 things in mind: first, keep investing. Second, believe.

I'll not mean to make you believe in what I checked from experience. But please think about it!

Even when you think there is no way out, there is. Even when you think everything you do makes no sense, it does. Just keep fighting, just keep believing. Und you'll get there.

Unemployment & Self-esteem

Dude, there are some things in life one thinks never to experience. But those things sonner or later come to you.

One of those things is the unemployement. One always regarded himself as different to the others. But the reality teaches us that we are human, and as such, we cannot avoid to go through certain human experiences.

Bro, after queueing for registering in the regional unemployement office, one realises how wrong one was when assumed that those people also queueing were looking forward not to working and to getting monthy money out of nothing.

Don't ever say you will be begging for some pocket money, because one day you will be asking the government for mercy. It may also be that you have performed in your former work the best you could, and today nobody cares about you. They may have even forgotten you. So it's life, bro!

But also don't take it so personally. Sometimes it's not your fault. We, citizens, depend on a much bigger organization which moves and influence on what we do. Don't lose your self-esteem. It's not your fault.
