Ambition vs Fear

Dude,
When I think about my future, my personal and profesional projects, I feel excited and ambicious. I hope you too.
But when the action arrives, when I have to take some kind of decisions, the pain becomes my worst enemy. It's time to be strong minded and remember why are you there, trying to face that decision. But that's not easy at all for me.
Nowadays I'm envolved in a very ambicios project in my job, and that's my first big project, everybody expects a lot from me, and I trust me. But now begins the struggle against fear.
Anyway, I know why I am here and why I want to succeed in this project, so ambition must crush the fear and give me courage to achieve the goal.
In our lives, we can reach almost all the goals we plan, but to reach them, we have to face the situations with strength and ambition, that's the way.
Forget the panic, forget the fear, forget your weaknesses, it's time to crush them.

In a few weeks I will tell you the progresses in my project, and I hope not to disappoint myself.

Dude, "You are worth for what you owe!" This is what a close relative told me some time ago and is still ringing in my ears.

You should take into account this statement whenever you are facing a decision-making. There are times in one's life, where choosing one option or another can drive to total different consequences. They can be even really damaging for the self-steem as well as for the business.

Focusing now on businesses, dude, you should assess whether this or that decision is convinient for your company, both in the short- and in the long-term. Dude, today I will give you some important tips around the term "vacation".
As P&P Partner1 taught me personally not too long ago, "taking holidays is for lazy guys".
After having considered this deeply, I realized that he was right (as usual!). Because dude, are you so sure you can afford such a waste of time, in which you surely will not make any profit? Bro, don't misunderstand me. I'm not just talking about money, I meant any kind of benefit.

Taking some days off is human, is a duty, is a human right! But forget assuming that vacations exist to do nothing! No way! There are so many things to do during those days! So many things to change/improve! Are you totally satisfied with the things that surround you? Do you feel you have greatly contributed to the development of the society? Have you considered the neediest? Poor regions? poor continents?
Dude, do you really believe you can afford ignoring such people? That would not be fair! Right?

Plus, but now focusing on the devastating damages to your pocket: have you ever thought in investing during those free days? Dude, I will not recommend to you any profitable company, but please, don't ignore also this tip. This can be a way to make money while enjoying your "holidays". Dude, my topic for today is about "Judgment & Change" and its combination.

Have you ever felt that you are powerful enough to change whatever you plan?

Depending on the difficulty you find when eliminating the root cause of your defect, this judgment can even last the whole life.

Sometimes, when you try to get up early in the morning, as early as you can, to go to the job, lots of thinkings invade your mind. Usually, at 7AM, most of them are bad thoughts, and just remind you how long is the day you have in front of you, and how many things you have to do in your job, in your school, or wherever you are going today. But your wristwatch clockwise start turning around, the sun rises, you go out home and realise that every little thing you see or you do can make you feel happy, just depending on how you interpret it. Just a song can make you feel better, a bird or a tree can make you realise how wonderful is your environment. Everything depends on your point of view everytime, you have to be the owner of your mood, the owner of your feelings and the driver of your life. This is the way your mind will grow in the correct way. Feel free to be yourself, show everyone who you are and why you are like that. And respect, learn, develop and share. Like this you’ll become a well-furnished respected mind, and tomorrow you will get up easier than today.

Bro, don't think the world is moved by money. Forget it!
This magic word is the root cause of anything happening to us. Deadlines are leading every action we take and bringing us where we are! Those living with them will reach the top! Guaranteed!

Unless you want to go nowhere, your life should be plenty of deadlines. Have a look into your agenda and check for how many deadlines you have written down. The number of deadlines will determine the maximum salary you will be paid. Even more, depending of the projects you are working on, you will be classified as a profitable man or not. So, what? Deadlines lead to money, and deadlines will lead you to one high social class or to one lower. So work with them. Use them.

Deadlines are also commonly used to force ourselves to reach a target. Have you ever had the need to know the date for something to be done? I am not just talking for professional matter! Consider also personal projects! Is some project taking you more time than planned? Is this concerning you too much? Is this making you don't enjoy other things? Fix a date in your agenda and just do accordingly. When a deadline is fixed, you cannot postpone it! Try it! Enjoy it!

Just to put an example, today one friend at work is being fired. This global crisis is affecting everyone of us with no doubt. Today someone else is fired, but tomorrow that one can be you. Who knows! The sad side of this is not that this person has finished a working contract, but rather that life is gonna be the same for the rest of us at the department.

I was told a long time ago that "no matter whether people like you or not; the important is that people talk about you." I would add something to it. "Leave a trace and you will be alive in the mind of those you met". Don't be afraid of showing how you are! Behave as you are! Don't try to avoid tough situations, face them! Don't leave one place (one job) allowing people around you to forget you.

Dude,There are many ways to face your profesional career, some of them more ambitious than others, with more or less impact.And there are people who never raise their way. No matter the goal, they don’t want to prosper. They don’t look forward, and just spend their time thinking: “It’s enough, I’m ok right now, why to prosper?”

In a successful career, is very important not to lose the way, and have well-defined targets, tactical and strategic, allowing us to face all impediments to achieve our goal. And to follow in the correct and ambitious path, we can’t forget one of the most important key points in this process, which is called "networking".

Everybody knows how important is to have a family, friends, co-workers, etc. We are all in contact thanks to ITs, social networks and Web2.0, but we can’t forget the network of professional contacts that can help us achieve our goals and follow that path we wanted. And this is the why I want to remind some words that some day I listened from an andorran CEO, very important in that country, that made me thought about that. That man believed that there are 3 keys to succeed in your career, “Do the networking”, “Keep it warm” and “Ask for contacts”.He attributed his success to the constant following of these 3 concepts, and to the effort he put to build a solid network, keep it warm, and make it grow and grow daily.

In my opinion, that man had very clear objectives, and thanks to the networking task he had done, he achieved most of his goals and he’s still working to achieve new ones. He has decided to have a successful and ambitious career, with impact on his life.
That’s why we have to think about our goals and priorities, and determine the professional status we want in the coming years. If you finally decide to grow and not stagnate, we must follow the philosophy of that manager and use the new technologies to build a network as wide as possible and, above all, keep it alive and awake.

Waiting & Wasting

Después del éxito con los dos primeros "posts", éste lo voy a redactar en el idioma del futuro (con el permiso de los chinos, claro).

And the reason is: why not sharing our experiences with all people around the world? We should think big, we should break all borders existing among us. Web 3.0 is becoming a reality, and therefore my purpose is to anticipate to this huge transformation and start communicating with everyone. Plus, it would be a waste for them not to enjoy this growing and awesome new blog.

Let's focus on the topic that occupies me now.

The point is: are you one of those who live waiting for something to happen? Are you always concerned in important events which don't let you do what is really important in this life?
Sometimes I am. And because from my engineering side I know that waiting is wasting, we should not allow that to occur. Are we allowing external factors to decide by ourselves? Are we wasting our lifetime in minor, non-relevant things because it is said that by achieving this or that we will meet the goal?
My friend, during lifetime there are plenty of things to do, but the most important is to love. Don't forget this! Apply it wherever you are! Because that's the goal! That's the one thing that we are gonna keep after life.
Once said this, don't waste now your life trying to love too much. Money is also really crutial in these tough times. So, don't wait. There is always something you can take profit from. Have you ever thought in 'investing'? I am not talking about "stocks", I am meaning in providing your life with the tools that in the future will let you fully enjoy. Maybe today is not the time to enjoy. Don't desperate! Use your time, use your mood and use all your energy in the direction you prefer. But please don't wait! Don't waste your life doing nothing! Be patient, but don't fill your time as a spectator.

Time is limited, bro. Everybody knows it! So use it. Use it because at the end, you will be the one responsible for what you did. And what's worst, you will be the one responsible for what you did not.

Objetivos y constancia

A unos meses de terminar los estudios, y uno ya se aventura a nuevas experiencias, a nuevas responsabilidades, a nuevos retos.

Y es que una vida sin riesgo no vale la pena vivirla. Uno cree que tendrá tiempo suficiente para poder realizar todos sus sueños, pero cuando pasa de los 25, y ve que la vida avanza sin detenerse ni un momento, se da cuenta entonces que, o bien empieza a poner la primera piedra en cada uno de los proyectos personales y profesionales por los que está llamado a vivir, o bien va a vivir el resto de sus días como un espectador de su propia vida. Qué cosa más triste, verdad? Y que cerca estamos de ello cuando queremos abandonar, o cuando no empezamos nada nuevo.

Este blog es para aquellos que creen firmemente que la vida se la hace uno mismo, "pic i pala", y que nadie ni nada va a interceder por nosotros para ahorrarnos un trabajo duro con una recompensa infinita.
